Custom Orders

At Sassy’s Metal Shop, custom work is one of my favorite parts of what I do. If you have a vision for something unique—whether it’s garden art, metal wall décor, yard art, or a special piece for a gift—I’m happy to bring your idea to life. Every custom order is created with care, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring the final piece feels truly personal and meaningful.

How Custom Orders Work

When you reach out, we’ll discuss your idea, your preferred style, size, and any inspiration photos or sketches you may have. From there, I’ll confirm the design details, provide a quote, and communicate the estimated timeline before production begins. If needed, I can also offer recommendations to help refine your idea into something that fits both your vision and the material.

Production Timelines

Because every custom piece is made one at a time, production times vary depending on size and complexity:

• Small custom items: typically completed within 3–7 business days

• Medium custom pieces: generally require 2–4 weeks

• Large or highly detailed custom designs: may take 6–12 weeks or longer, depending on design, labor, materials, production, and shipping. 

These timelines ensure each piece gets the craftsmanship and focus it deserves.
