Orders from our product collections will be shipped within 1-2  business days of confirmation If your order includes a custom item we will communicate the time frame and continue to update you until the completion of your order, and we will provide a confirmation when it is ready to be shipped.

No — every piece leaves our studio protected with a professional clear coat finish, designed to shield against the elements and keep your investment looking its best. Like all fine things, a little care goes a long way. We recommend reapplying a fresh clear coat every two years to maintain full protection from UV rays and weathering elements.  

Prefer to leave it to us? Send it back and we'll recoat it for you for a small fee. We'll return it to you looking as fresh as the day it was brand new. 

Because every piece is entirely one-of-a kind and made by hand only once, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Each creation leaves our studio as an original, and no two are ever the same.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your piece arrives damaged or with defects from shipping, we will gladly accept it back and do everything we can to restore it to its original beauty. If a repair isn't possible, we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.

Every custom piece is different, so timelines vary depending on the complexity of your vision. Smaller pieces, such as address signs or logo work, are typically completed within 3 to 5 days. For more involved sculptures requiring multiple fabrication techniques such as forming a buck, plasma cutting multiple pieces of steel, bending, welding, and shrinking/stretching, the process can range anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks up to 2 to 6 months, depending on the scope and detail of the work. 
For larger commissions, additional time may be needed. An estimated timeline will be communicated to you at the start of your custom order request, so you know exactly what to expect.
